Reliability: Medium · Last checked: 2026-09-22

Lounge TIME (North, South and International), which anyone can enter for a fee, the ANA and JAL airline lounges, and the international terminal's shared Lounge Fukuoka and Korean Air Lounge.

In short

Fukuoka Airport has Lounge TIME, which anyone can enter for a fee, in 1 place before security and 2 places after security, and holders of eligible cards enter free. Lounge TIME / North on Domestic 1F (6:00–20:30) can also be used by people who are not flying, while Lounge TIME / South on Domestic 2F (6:00–21:00) and Lounge TIME International on International 3F (from the start of passport control to 21:00) are for departing passengers. The price is the same everywhere: ¥1,100 for adults and ¥550 for children. The ANA and JAL lounges are in the departure gate area on Domestic 2F; in the International Terminal there are Lounge Fukuoka on 4F, shared by 25 airlines (Priority Pass accepted), and the Korean Air Lounge on 3F.

Who this is for

  • People with a card that gives access to card lounges
  • People looking for a quiet place to wait, even if it costs money
  • People who want to know where the airline lounges are and when they open

Lounges anyone can enter (Lounge TIME)

  1. Lounge TIME / North (Domestic 1F, before security): 6:00–20:30, open every day. 132 seats (10 smoking). People who are not flying can also enter
  2. Lounge TIME / South (Domestic 2F departure gate area, after security): 6:00–21:00, open every day. 180 seats (8 smoking)
  3. Lounge TIME International (International 3F departure gate area near Gate 56, after passport control): from the start of passport control to 21:00, open every day. 70 seats, all non-smoking

All three: ¥1,100 for adults, ¥550 for ages 3 to under 12, free under 3 (tax included). Free soft drinks (at North and South you can choose one beer instead), Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, and a business corner. Alcohol and light snacks cost extra. There are no showers. Holders of eligible cards enter free, but some of the partner card companies differ between North and South, and you may be asked to show your boarding pass.

Airline lounges

  • ANA LOUNGE (Domestic 2F departure gate area): 6:00 until the last flight departs
  • JAL Lounge (Domestic 2F departure gate area): 6:00 until the last flight departs
  • Lounge Fukuoka (International 4F): for business class passengers of 25 contracted airlines, including EVA Air, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, JAL and ANA, and for Priority Pass members (entry may be limited when crowded). 216 seats, all non-smoking, with a smoking room, power at every seat, dedicated Wi-Fi, and alcohol and light snacks. Opening hours are not published officially
  • Korean Air Lounge (International 3F, in front of Gate 56): from 2 hours before departure until the scheduled departure time

Eligibility depends on each airline's rules, so check the airline's official website.

Paid waiting rooms as another option

Apart from the lounges, there are paid waiting rooms that you book in advance on Domestic 3F (Rooms X and Y, 7:00–21:30) and International 3F and 4F (A–D, 6:00–21:00). They are completely non-smoking, and you book them on the official booking page. Prices are not published on the official page.

Notes

  • The airport's official website shows the ANA and JAL lounges as in the "area before security", but the access section on the same page says "inside the departure gate area", and this article treats them as in the departure gate area (after security). Check where the entrance is from the signs on site
  • Lounge TIME International offered a limited-time 60-minute all-you-can-drink deal on beer and highballs (¥1,400; a separate lounge admission is required) from June until September 30, 2026 (per the official Fukuoka Airport X posts of 2026-06-14 and 09-14). Please check the official website or the official X account to see whether it is offered again.
  • Details and prices may change. Check the official website before you go
