New Chitose Airport Lounge Guide

In short

New Chitose Airport has 2 card lounges before security in the domestic terminal (Super Lounge on 3F and the Annex on 4F), airline lounges after security (ANA LOUNGE / ANA SUITE LOUNGE on 2F near Gate 7, and JAL Sakura Lounge / Diamond Premier Lounge on 3F), and in the international terminal Cafe Sky Library before security (4F, Priority Pass accepted) and the Royal Lounge after passport control (4F, for airline passengers only). With a gold card, the Super Lounge is free (¥1,500 for others), and even without ANA or JAL elite status you can enter the JAL Sakura Lounge for ¥3,000 per person. The card lounges are before security, so leave enough time to get to the security entrance.

Domestic (before security)

1. Super Lounge (3F): 7:00–20:30. Free with an eligible card (gold members, etc., of JCB, VISA, AMEX, Rakuten, Epos, Aeon, d Card and others) and a same-day boarding pass; general admission ¥1,500 (tax included, free soft drinks). 140 seats, all non-smoking, with a smoking room. Multi-purpose restroom, phone booths, Wi-Fi, a business area with wired LAN, and a free space you can use as a changing room. Alcohol, snacks and bento cost extra
2. Super Lounge Annex (4F): 7:00–20:30. Same conditions and prices as the main lounge. 81 seats, all non-smoking, with a smoking room and private booths. It is in Oasis Park, along with the onsen and Pronto

Cards issued outside Japan cannot be used, with some exceptions. The official information does not say whether the seats have power outlets.

Domestic (after security)

1. ANA LOUNGE / ANA SUITE LOUNGE (2F, near Gate 7): 6:30 until the last flight departs. For premium class passengers, elite members and others flying on ANA Group flights under an ANA flight number. Power outlets, USB ports, Wi-Fi and baggage lockers; all seats non-smoking. ANA PREMIUM CHECK-IN connects directly to the lounge
2. JAL Sakura Lounge / Diamond Premier Lounge (3F): 6:30 until the last flight departs. Moved from 2F to 3F. For first class, JMB Sapphire and above, JGC and others; other passengers can also use the paid lounge service (¥3,000 per person, with restrictions). Wi-Fi, baggage cloakroom, phone booths and a smoking room

International

1. Cafe Sky Library (4F, before security): 11:00–21:00. A café inside Portom International Hokkaido that Priority Pass / Dragon Pass members can use as a lounge (last entry 18:00). Others can use it as a café. 44 seats, all sofas, all non-smoking. Between the international security checkpoint and Departure Counter C
2. Royal Lounge (4F, in the departure gate area, after passport control): 7:30–21:00 (every day; may change with flight times). Only for people who meet the conditions of a contracted airline and hold a lounge voucher. 231 seats, all non-smoking, with a smoking room, charging outlets and showers

• Check which cards from each card company qualify for the Super Lounge in the list on the airport's official website (some gold cards from participating companies do not qualify)
• Eligibility for the ANA and JAL lounges follows each airline's official website. "Until the last flight departs" depends on that day's schedule
