At New Chitose Airport, you can use coin lockers, temporary baggage storage, and parcel/same-day delivery. Lockers cost ¥300 to ¥900 per 12 hours (depending on size), with a maximum storage period of 3 days. For longer than 3 days, use temporary baggage storage.

Coin Lockers

• Locations: Domestic terminal B1F–4F, international terminal 1F–4F, and connecting facility 1F–3F, with large, medium, and small lockers.
• Fees: ¥300, ¥400, ¥500, ¥800, or ¥900 per 12 hours (depending on size; tax included).
• Storage period: 3 days. For longer, use temporary baggage storage.
• Refrigerated Coin Lockers (Domestic 2F): ¥400 (four ¥100 coins). Same-day use only. Suitable for souvenirs such as seafood and dairy products.
• Baggage Port (Connecting Facility 2F, self-service storage for large luggage): ¥200 per unit for the first hour, then ¥100 for every additional 30 minutes. Cashless payment only (transportation IC cards, QR code payments, etc.). Storage period is 3 days.
• Lockers follow terminal opening hours (domestic 5:00–23:30, international 5:00–21:00).

Temporary Baggage Storage (per day)

Fees are ¥400 for small (up to 120 cm), ¥600 for medium (120–200 cm), and ¥1,000 for large (200 cm and over).

• Domestic 1F: 7:00–20:00. Porter service is ¥420 per piece (reservation required).
• Domestic 2F: 7:30–20:00.
• International 3F: 11:00–14:00 only. Baggage wrapping is also available (¥1,100 if the three sides total 160 cm or less, ¥1,650 for 160 cm or more).
• International 2F Shizunai Logos: 9:00–18:00. Suitcases are ¥880 per piece per day regardless of size; oversized items are ¥1,100.

Parcel and Same-Day Delivery

• Parcel delivery (Domestic 1F and 2F): Accepts Yamato, Nittsu (air freight), Sagawa Express, and Japan Post Yu-Pack. Cool (refrigerated) delivery is accepted 7:00–17:30.
• Skyporter service SAPPORO (Domestic 1F near Arrivals Exit 4): Same-day delivery to designated hotels is accepted 8:00–14:30, and airport pickup is 13:30–20:00. Carry-on size ¥1,650, checked-baggage size ¥2,200, oversized ¥3,850 (per piece).
• Shizunai Logos (International 2F) same-day delivery starts from ¥1,870 (per piece).

Which to Choose

• A few hours to 1 day → Coin lockers (domestic, international, connecting facility).
• Over 3 days or large luggage → Temporary baggage storage or Baggage Port.
• Fresh-food souvenirs → Refrigerated coin lockers (same day only).
• Want to travel light in Sapporo → Same-day delivery (Skyporter or Shizunai Logos).
• Want to leave luggage before an international departure → International 3F is open only 11:00–14:00, so if that does not fit, use Shizunai Logos on International 2F or a locker.

Notes

• The domestic terminal closes at 23:30 and the international terminal at 21:00. Retrieve your luggage before closing time.
