Baggage Storage (Terminal 1)
Staffed counters for temporary baggage storage, where you can also leave large items and coats that do not fit in a locker. JAL ABC's 4F departure counter is open 7:00–21:00 and its 1F arrival counter from 6:30 until 1 hour after the last flight arrives, so the arrival side opens earlier and stays open later. There is also a Sagawa Express counter on 1F of the North Wing. All baggage storage counters at Narita Airport are certified under the Hands-Free Travel program and can assist in English.
