Nursing rooms in the public area (before security) of the international terminal. There are 4 in total: 1 in the 1F arrivals lobby (next to the Visitor Service Center), 2 in the 3F check-in lobby (next to Fukugi Hall, and next to Paid Waiting Rooms A and B) and 1 in the 4F food court area. People seeing passengers off or meeting them can use these too. Each room is attached to a restroom and has a diaper changing table, a washbasin and hot water, plus a private nursing room (men may not enter the private room).
